Learned State counsel has not been provided any instructions in this matter. 4. In view of innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Food & Civil Supplies Department, Second Floor, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow or any other competent authority is directed to decide petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner services do not stand terminated. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation dated 20.03.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 5.
