Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 204/2025 under Sections 64/74/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Chowdhury, learned counsel that false and concocted allegation has been brought against the present petitioner. He is a student of B.Sc. 6th Semester and pursuing his studies at the Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati. 4. It is a fact that he has a love relationship with the victim and it is the victim, who insisted the petitioner to marry her, but the petitioner is a student and he is not in a position to marry her and due to his refusal, the present FIR has been lodged with false and concocted allegation. 5. More so, on the day of the incident at 02:00 AM the petitioner forcibly entered into the victim’s house and took her and on refusal to keep her or marry her, she created a scene called the media persons and accordingly, the FIR has been lodged. 6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. P. S. Lahkar has raised serious objection. Page No.# 3/3 7. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. 8. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and has co-operated with the investigation. The petitioner has also not violated bail conditions. The merits of the case are not brought to the fore. Thereby, the interim order dated 30.07.2025 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. 9. In terms of the above observation, this petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
