Issue a direction, in the nature of Mandamus to direct the opposite parties to take the petitioner institution on grant in aid after verifying the recognition of the petitioner institution up to Uttar Madhyama" 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an application for taking the institution under grant-in-aid which is pending before respondent no.3, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application alongwith a certified copy of this order. 4. In the event of the same being filed, the same shall be decided by respondent no.3 within a period of three months thereafter.
