The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 28.08.2025. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
