Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow to conclude the trial of Case Crime No.538/2023 under Section 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 325, 427, 354 I.P.C. Police Station Sushant Golf City, Lucknow within stipulated time period as fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2023, as such, interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to decide the case aforementioned within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Case Crime No.538/2023 in expedition, if it is still pending consideration before the court concerned and if there is no legal impediment, while considering the guidelines and circulars issued in this regard.
