This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Section 27(b)(ii), 28A, 22(3) and 27(d) of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 in connection with Complaint Case No.136 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge at Bokaro. 3. Only summons have been issued to the petitioner. Since summons have been issued, the petitioner should appear before the Court concerned and mark his presence. Once the petitioner appears, the Court below will pass an appropriate order ensuring presence of the petitioner during trial. 4.
