Cr.MMO No. 496 of 2025 16.06.2025 Present:- Mr. Ram Murti Bisht, Advocate for petitioner. Pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2025 of the Hon’ble Court, the petitioner-Sh. Abhishek Rana, S/o Sh. Rajinder Rana, R/o Groudu Mihaliayan, PO Patlander, Tehsil Sujnpur, District Hamirpur, H.P., has been permitted to travel abroad (Switzerland) w.e.f 18.06.2025 till 30.06.2025, subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds in the sum of 1,00,000/- ₹ to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court with an undertaking to return to India after completion of the journey on or before 01.07.2025. The petitioner is also directed to furnish the details with regard to his flight, boarding and lodging to the concerned Police Station within two days from today. He shall also report to the concerned police station after his return on 01.07.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bonds. The personal and surety bonds are duly supported by affidavits. The surety-Sh. Rajesh Mandhotra, S/o Sh. Mehar Chand Mandhotra, R/o Shri Akshobhaya Dham, Village Dummi, Dumi, Shimla, H.P.-171006; has been duly identified by Sh. Vikrant Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. Photograph of the surety is affixed on the surety bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been furnished today. Along with surety bond, copy of Aadhaar Card of the surety and and photocopy of Jamabandi for the years 2014-15 have been enclosed for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bond(s), wherein, the petitioner has given solemn undertaking that he will abide by all the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court and to appear before this Court as and when called upon to do so. I have gone through the orders of Hon’ble Court and documents annexed therewith for acceptance and attestation of the surety bond(s). Accordingly, the surety bonds are attested and accepted by me.
