In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No.683 of 2012. Having considered the aforesaid as well as the extracts of the order-sheets which have been brought on record, it appears that the matter has been pending, and only as late as in the year 2022, the issues were framed by the trial court on 01.01.2022.
