Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- " (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.3 to consider to claim of the petitioner for gant of antedated promotion to the post of Junior Assistant (Group C) with effect from the year 2008, when he became eligible, alongwith all consequential benefits/emoluments." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.3 i.e. Joint Director of Education, Prayagraj Mandal, Prayagraj who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
