Heard Ms. Rinki Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue writ, order in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 to recover the minor daughter of the petitioner and take necessary action in the matter as regards F.I.R. No. 323 of 2025 under Section 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Visheshwarganj, District- Bahraich." 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 15.09.2025 duly signed by Mr. Uday Pratap, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Visheshwarganj, District- Bahraich, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the instructions, submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged on 07.09.2025 and the statement of the complainant has been recorded on 08.09.2025. He further submits that the search is made for recovery of the girl, but two mobile numbers of Abhishek Pandey are closed, hence, he is not traceable and the search of Abhishek Pandey and the victim is going on. 5. In view of above, the petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of learned A.G.A.. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rinki Devi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
