The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to reserve the seat of Gram Pradhan for Gram Panchayat- Melthuwa for Other Backward category (OBC) on the basis of population of said persons." 3. Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the said prayer can be made only after the next census exercised and carried out. 4. No relief otherwise also can be granted in view of the nature of the prayer made. 5. The writ petition is dismissed.
