Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1 and Dr Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4. 2. With the consent of learned counsels appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is finally being decided 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having been appointed vide order dated 12.6.2024 on the post of Assistant Clerk and having joined on 18.6.2024 in the office of respondent no. 4 and his appointment having duly been approved by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Gonda vide order dated 21.12.2024, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the writ petition, the petitioner has not been paid salary since 18.6.2024 and hence the writ petition. 4. Dr Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 states that in case appointment of the petitioner has been validly made consequently there is no occasion for non payment of salary to the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 i.e. Finance and Account Officer, Basic Shiksha, Gonda to pay salary to the petitioner since his joining on the post of Assistant Clerk and to continue to pay regular salary month to month provided there is no legal impediment. 6. Let the compliance be made within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. September 16, 2025 J. K.
