Heard Shri Dharmendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 1 to 4. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia, praying therein for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 1 to 4 to ensure the compliance of order dated 19.12.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Judicial), Amethi, District - Amethi in Case No. 50 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202204770500050) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 "Parmatmadeen Versus Jagdamba Prasad & others", in the interest of justice." 3. It has been argued on behalf of the petitioner that the order dated 19.12.2023 which had been passed in the case filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been implemented on the spot till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions received from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amethi, has submitted that the order dated 19.12.2023 has been implemented on the spot and all the co-sharers of the concerned gata have been put to possession on their respective share.
