Although, it has been indicated in the petition that the petitioner is challenging an order/ letter dated 04.06.2025 issued by the respondent No. 4, but a perusal of the same would indicate that it is only a notice which has been issued to the petitioner. 3. It is open for the petitioner to respond to the said notice on whatever grounds as may be available to him, but there cannot be any occasion for challenging the notice, which has been issued by the respondent No.4. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
