Heard Sri Shishir Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No. 0405 / 2025 under Section 3((5), 108, 352, 82(1) of B.N.S. at Police Station-Kotwali City, District-Hardoi to any other independent agency for fair investigation in the matter, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to arrest the co-accused persons named in the Case Crime No. 0405 / 2025 under Section 3((5), 108, 352, 82(1) of B.N.S. at Police Station-Kotwali City, District-Hardoi, in the interest of justice. " 4. Learned A.G.A. has produced the instructions letter dated 19.09.2025 provided by one Sunil Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Hardoi, addressing to the Government Advocate of this Court, the same is taken on record. As per the aforesaid instructions, the investigation has been completed in the present case and the charge sheet has been filed before the supervisory authority and the same may be sent to the Court concerned very soon. However, it is always open for the aggrieved party to approach the competent authority/Court of law challenging the charge sheet.
