The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), for recalling the order dated 20th March, 2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he could not appear when the present matter was called out for hearing on 20th March, 2025. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/NDMC on advance notice submits that liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order. 4. Having heard, learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court notes that vide order dated 20th March, 2025, at the time of disposing of the present writ petition, this Court has already granted liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the speaking order dated 23rd April, 2024, passed by the Deputy Director (Estate-01), NDMC. 5.
