Middle School Lamer, Tehsil Takhatpur is seeking direction towards the respondent authorities for grant of benefit of third time bound pay scale on completing 30 years of service. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the finance order dated 08.08.2018 (Annexure P-2) after completion of 30 years of service, the petitioner is eligible for third time bound pay. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted the representation before the Joint Director, Education Division, Bilaspur on 18.02.2025 for the same, but till date the same has not been decided. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions submit that if the application/ representation submitted by the petitioner claiming third time bound pay scale on completing 30 years of service is still pending, the same will the decided within stipulated period. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, respondent No. 3 i.e. Joint Director, Education Division is directed to decide the representation dated 18.02.2025 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
