The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by District Basic Education Officer, Bareilly/respondent no.5. 3. It is argued by counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal under Rule 5 of the U.P. Basic Educational Staff Rules, 1973. 4. It is also admitted by counsel for the petitioner. 5. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to file an appeal as per Rule 5 of the U.P. Basic Educational Staff Rules, 1973 before the appellate authority. In case an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months, thereafter. 6.
