Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge(JD), FTC, Crime against Women, District Lucknow to decide the Case No. 71464 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 20 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Lucknow, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2020, but even after passing of five years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned Civil Judge(JD), FTC, Crime against Women, District Lucknow is directed to decide the Case No. 71464 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 20 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Lucknow, Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ravindra Kumar Singh, Anurag Maurya Counsel for Opposite Party(s): G.A., Vinod Kumar Tiwari Rashmi Singh .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P.
