Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are repeatedly called to the police station at behest of 4th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioners’ son has filed O.S.No.173 of 2014 against the 4th respondent and the suit was decreed in favour of the petitioners’ son. Thereafter, the 4th respondent had filed an appeal before the appellate Court and the same is pending consideration. It is submitted that the

4th respondent has now instigating the 3rd respondent to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent and settle the same in favour of the 4th respondent.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent had filed a complaint on 21.04.2025 and that the petitioner was called to the police station only for the purpose of investigation into the complaint alleged by the 4th respondent. It is submitted that the police subsequently counseled the petitioners and the 4th respondent to adjudicate their grievance before the appropriate Court.
4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, making it clear that the 3rd respondent shall not interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent, without following due process of law. No costs.
