Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Page No.# 2/3 K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Saiful Islam was granted interim bail with certain conditions by this Court on 28.07.2025. 3. He submits that in pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Nagaon P.S. Case No. 520/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have gone through the Case Diary of Nagaon P.S. Case No. 520/2025. Though there are implicating materials against the petitioner in the Case Diary, however, as he has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 28.07.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos.
