Instant application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the facts stated and reasons disclosed in the accompanying affidavit it is most respectfully prayed to please issue an order to send the applicant's family matter to the Lucknow High Court mediation center to be resolved based on mutual settlement agreement and this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay and quash impugned order dated 28/5/2025 and further proceedings arising out of cr. case No.- 197 of 2022, Savitri Devi Vs Pappu pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court No.- 5, District - Lucknow against the applicant as per settlement conditions, order contained as Annexure No. 1 to the accompanying affidavit." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has raised a preliminary objection that the order passed by the learned Family Court can be challenged under Section 19 (4) of Family Court Act. On being confronted on the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that she does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
