Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to include tenure of services of the petitioner discharged in the previous department i.e. Agricultural Departmental of 6 years 11 months and 22 days in the total length of service and pay the pension by fixing and including above services and pay the arrears of salary with interest in a stipulated time, in the interest of justice....." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 4.
