In response to our earlier order dated 22.10.2024, the C.J.M., Ayodhya has sent a report dated 15.01.2025 to the effect that final report submitted by the Police in Case Crime No. 459 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 406, 352, 354, 504 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwal Ayodhya, District Ayodhya involving the petitioner has been rejected and further investigation has been ordered meaning thereby, there is an impediment in issuing a character certificate to the petitioner. Nevertheless, the petitioner may challenge the impugned order by way of an appeal under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Act, 2011, if there is a cause to challenge it. Writ petition is disposed of.
