This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Razique Shaba, who has been arrested in connection with Bongaigaon G.R.P.S. Case No. 82/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 318(4)/62 of the BNS, 2023. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. A. N. Iqbal, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
