Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite parties concerned to conduct a proper inspection and inquiry of the public land situated in Village Ariya, Pargana and Tehsil - Akabarpur, District - Ambedkarnagar and accordingly to remove illegal encroachments from the public land and restore them to their original condition for public use, in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued that despite the order being passed, the same is not being executed. 4.
