Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents has submitted that there is some private dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.5, as from the writ petition itself, is apparent that two civil suits are pending in between the parties, therefore, it would not be proper for this Court to interfere in the matter. 5. We have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and we find that the subject matter of this writ petition is absolutely a private dispute in between the petitioner and respondent no.5. We further find that two civil suits are already pending between them. 6. In view of the aforesaid reason, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. September 19, 2025 akhilesh/- WRIC No. 9156 of 2025 2 (Manjive Shukla,J.) (Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.)
