HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5703 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. By means of the instant petition the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the Regular Suit no.91 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid as well as from a perusal of extracts of the order sheet, this Court does not find that there are any accentuating circumstances which may persuade this Court to intervene leaving it open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the court concerned. Needless to say that in case if such an application is moved the court concerned shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed. It is made clear that mere dismissal of the petition may not come in the way of the petitioners in case if any cause for expedition arises in future relating to the year 2018.
