The present petition has been preferred for :- “A. A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction/s commanding the respondent No. 6 to mutate the land of plot no. 242, 335 & 1241 of khata no. 131 admeasuring 6 bigha 14 katha and 9 dhur falling within village Bedu Tola (Thana No. 118, Thana Gopalganj) of Thawe block of the Gopalganj district and further direct to issue rent receipt in favour of the petitioner and provide physical possession to the petitioner over the said land. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more, expired in the year 2022, he seeks liberty for the heirs to approach the Court afresh, if they so want. 4. There is no objection on behalf of the learned State counsel. 5.
