This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.05.2025 passed in M.C.A.No. 1527 of 2025, arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on the disclosure of Roshan Kumar, his house was searched and several arms and ammunitions were recovered. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of co- accused Roshan Kumar. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 30.01.2025. 5. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication, we, while setting aside the order dated 19.05.2025 passed in M.C.A. No. 1527 of 2025 in connection with S.T.No. 245 of 2025, arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad in S.T.No. 245 of 2025, arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025. 7. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) (Ambuj Nath, J) P.K.S.
