This criminal revision has been filed against the interim order dated 27.10.2023 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.215 of 2022, ‘Smt. Baljinder Kaur & Another Vs. Gurpreet Singh, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby the application for interim maintenance preferred by the respondent/wife has been allowed and directed the revisionist to pay a maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to the respondent from the date of order. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist would submit that the criminal case filed before the Judge Family Court, has been decided. 5. Learned counsel for the revisionist could not show any impropriety, illegality or incorrectness in the impugned order for awarding the interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/- in favour of respondent/wife as well as no irregularity in the proceedings of the lower court.
