By referring to communication at page No.28 of the typed set of papers, he submits that the total extent in S.No.495/23 is 47 acres and 85 cents. In view of the vast extent in the relevant survey number, he submits that an inquiry is ongoing. Once such inquiry is concluded to acertain the extent in the occupation of the petitioner, he states that the petitioner's request would be disposed of. 3.Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits after conducting the necessary inquiry within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
