The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.08.2025, whereby the request for approval of the M.Pharma course made by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent no. 2. 2. Shri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order. Upholding this objection, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order. In case such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided positively within a period of two weeks and in any case, before the time fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Parasnath Charitable Trust vs. All India Council for Technical Education and Others; Civil Appeal No. 9048 of 2012. 3.
