Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Dr. Shyam Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report of FIR/ Case Crime No. 190 of 2024, under sections 419, 420, 406 of IPC, Police Station - Mallawan, District - Hardoi, dated 11.05.2024, and any other further investigation. II. Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari directing the Superintendent of Police of Hardoi to make proper arrangements for the security reasons of the Petitioner, for the reason that there are women in the house of the Petitioner who have to go out for domestic as well as other works. III. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari, establishing a clear precedent against the abuse of the legal process in any wrongful manner." 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 18.09.2025 duly signed by Mr Arvind Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Mallawan, District- Hardoi, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the aforesaid instructions, submits that Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dr.Shyam Kumar Singh, Avanish Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
