(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside/quashing the impugned letters/orders dated 01.01.2025 (Annexure P-10), letter/order dated 26.02.2025 (Annexure P-11) and letter/order dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure P-13) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the prayer of the petitioner for re-issuance of her old passport under lost category; has been declined. 2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents informs the Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the passport has already been issued to the petitioner. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. 4.
