Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 10.07.2025 and for a direction to concerned authority to restore and release full pension of petitioner and to continue to pay regular monthly pension without any reduction. Interest has also been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions receipt submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal with regard to his grievances. 4. In view of such a submission being made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to approach the Tribunal to ventilate his grievances. In case any such claim petition is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously without granting undue adjournments to either parties. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
