The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 3331 of 2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the order, though the privilege of anticipatory bail has been granted but it has been mentioned that only in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on anticipatory bail. It is the case of the petitioner that he has gone to surrender before the Court concerned, but his bail bond was not accepted. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the Court which is in seisin of Koderma P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 to accept the bail bond of the petitioner if the petitioner appears and surrenders before the concerned court. 5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
