This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer: "i.. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the Opp. Party No. 1 to 4 to restrain the Opp. Party No. 5 not to create any hindrance and not take the forceful possession over the land gata no. 40 situated at village Aksoha, P.S. Reusa, district Sitapur, which is recorded in the name of the petitioner." 3. We have gone through the pleadings on record and also Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, which is a representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2025. We find that the dispute is purely private in nature for which no writ petition is maintainable. 4. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
