Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated July 21, 2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from District Ayodhya to Etawah. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not wish to press challenge to the impugned order. He submits that his representation for being posted near Lucknow may be considered in view of the fact that his wife has recently conceived and treatment is ongoing in Lucknow. 4. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Food Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed before the aforesaid authority, same may be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
