1. A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent in terms of the order dated 23.04.2025 and 23.05.2025, wherein, it has been stated as under:-
“7. That after this Hon’ble Court passed the order on 23.04.2025. the APMC had taken a special encroachment removal drive and removed all the encroachments from the area. The photographs indicating the clearing of the area from 06.05.2025 to 15.05.2025 and from 15.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 in the whole of the Okhla Mandi including the Shop No.14 of the Petitioner, arc annexed as Annexure-1. The Status Report is submitted for record of this Hon’ble Court.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner refutes that any cogent action has been taken on behalf of the respondent. He submits that there are still two or three unauthorized vendors operating from just outside the shop of the petitioner. It is submitted that the same is evident from the photographs filed This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the respondent assures that requisite action shall be taken to ensure that there is no unauthorized vending by any unlicensed person from outside the shop of the petitioner.
4. It is stated that requisite action in this regard shall be taken expeditiously. Let the same be done latest within a period of three weeks from today.
5. The petition already stands disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
6. In case of breach of the aforesaid directions, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application.
