The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the appellate court to dispose of the interim relief application in Regular Civil Appeal No. 24 of 2025 in light of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mool Chandra Yadav and others vs. Raza Buland Sugar Company Limited." 3. Considering the fact that an interim application is pending in the appeal being Regular Civil Appeal No. 24 of 2025, the present petition is disposed of directing the appellate court to decide the pending application in the appeal with all expedition preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
