ORDER: This present Contempt is filed by the petitioners under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court on 19.08.2024 in W.P.No.17949 of 2024, wherein this Court has passed the following order:
“In view of the same, instead of keeping the writ pending, this Court feels appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.4Tahsildar, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, not to interfere with the petitoner’s possession over the property i.e., Sy.No.808/1 to an extent of Ac.0.92 cents situated at Tadepalli Village of Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, without following due process of law”.

The sole respondent has filed counter affidavit wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the mutation application bearing No.MUT250405004916, dated 05.04.2025 filed by Sri Meka Satyanarayana, S/o Veeranna, has been rejected by duly following the procedure prescribed under the Act and the Revenue Authorities have never interfered with the business activities taking place in Sy.No.808-1 to an extent of Ac.0.92 cents situated at Tadepalli Village of Tadepalligudem Mandal.
3. As per the counter affidavit filed by the sole respondent, it can be seen that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the respondent is not interfering with the petitioner’s possession over the schedule property. Recording the same, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt lies.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
