HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5599 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No.1927 of 2021. Having considered the aforesaid prayer as well as the material available on record including the extracts of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record as Annexure No.4, it appears that the plaintiff has been prolonging the proceedings, as is evident from the order-sheet drawn by the court concerned on 01.08.2025. Since the trial court has already taken note of the dilatory tactics of the plaintiff, this Court, at this stage, is not inclined to interfere, leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application. In the light of the observations made by the trial Court regarding the conduct of the plaintiff-respondent, it will be appropriate and open for the trial Court, to ensure that the matter is proceeded with in accordance with law, keeping in view the administrative guidelines issued by this Court. With the aforesaid, the instant petition is disposed of. September 17, 2025 Mahesh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Virendra Pratap Chaudhary, Surendra Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) :
