By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been made to the impugned order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Chaksu and Suit No.308/2013 whereby the application filed by the petitioners for their impleadment in the suit has been rejected. 2. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, a revision petition was submitted before the Board of Revenue, however, the same was also rejected vide order dated 10.03.2025. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 to 5 appearing on behalf of respondent-plaintiff submits that the plaintiffs have no objection, in case, the petitioners are impleaded as defendant in the suit pending before the SDO. Counsel submits that the suit is pending before the SDO since last more than 12 years, therefore appropriate directions be issued to the SDO to decide the suit expeditiously. 4. Considering the statement made by the counsel for the respondent-plaintiff, the instant writ petition stands allowed. The impugned order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the SDO, Chaksu and the consequential order dated 10.03.2025 passed by the Board stands quashed and set-aside. The application filed by the applicant-petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC stands allowed. This Court deems it just and proper to issue direction to the SDO to make all possible endeavours to decide the pending suit expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of two years from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
