This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No. 0267 of 2025, under Sections 324(4), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Palia, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays that he does not want to press the writ petition and prays he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move an application under Section 233 of BNSS, 2023. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to move an application under Section 233 of BNSS before the trial court. 7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
