GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 12514 of 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening me with dire consequences at the instance of the unofficial respondent no.4 with regard to the land situated in an extent of Ac.5.83 cents of Land in S.No.104, Merikapudi Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur Dist and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and also in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent not to interfere in civil disputes with regard to the above said land which are in my possession and enjoyment as they have no jurisdiction and to pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 vide order dated 01.07.2021, the respondent police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 4.
