The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's first complaint in CSR.No.296 of 2025 was enquired into and was closed on 06.09.2025 and on the very same set of facts, the petitioner has lodged another complaint on 11.09.2025. 3. This Court is of the view that since the official respondents have closed the earlier complaint of the petitioner, no further direction can be issued.
