Petition has been filed challenging order dated 22.04.2025 whereby petitioner has been deemed to have superannuated on 31.10.2020. Consequential order dated 10.06.2021 has also been challenged. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's claim for grant of post retiral dues w.e.f. 31.10.2020 has also been sought. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instruction submits that inadvertently certain errors have crept in during drafting of writ petition and therefore, seeks to withdraw with liberty to file afresh. 4. In view thereof, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
