This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner and the same is pending investigation and to divert the attention of the investigation agency, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. He further submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________________
