The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying Petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it is expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint Case no. 3/2020, "Ajai Kumar Nigam Versus Uday Bhanu Pratap Singh "Under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. -Indira Nagar, District- Lucknow, pending before Presiding Officer, Additional Judge, Court No.11, District Lucknow as well as summoning order dated 23.5.2025, Case no. 3/2020, "Ajai Kumar Nigam Versus Uday Bhanu Pratap Singh" Under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Indira Nagar, District- Lucknow, passed by Presiding Officer, Additional Judge, Court No.11, District Lucknow contained in Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the accompanying affidavit, in the interest of Justice." With regard to incomplete documents including the certified copy of the notice as also a copy of postal receipt, on being confronted, learned Counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to avail remedy provided by the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2022) 10 S.C.R. 351 : (2022) 10 SCC 51 and Musheer Alam vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Another, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 116.
